Summary Statistics
Statistics of basical parameters of toplist traffic.
Period - kinds of statistics.
Last 1d/Last Reset - statistics of time rotation / statistics since time of last reset.
Today - statistics for today.
Yesterday - statistics for a yesterday.
Total - statistics for all time.
Total Members - amount of the registered toplist members.
Today Active - quantity of active members for the current day.
Today Sign Up - quantity of the registered members for the current day.
Refresh - the button for updating statistics of a toplist. The statistics in the main menu is cashed and is updated each 2 minutes, so the button for compulsory statistics updating can be used.

Traffic Statistics - statistics of the toplist traffic.
Referrer Statistics - statistics of referring links.
Cheat Statistics - statistics of cheating attempts of toplist.
Country Statistics - traffic statistics by countries.
Administration Menu
The administration menu allows to get fast access to all basic functions of the toplist.
Change Password - change the administrator's password of the toplist.
Category Settings - creation and adjustment of categories.
TopList Settings - adjustments of a toplist.
Rerank - updating of toplist pages on the server.
MailBox - a mail box of the administrator.
Blacklist - the "black list" phrases in the description of sites, mails, domains, addresses of sites and addresses of banners of members. Accounts containing the information from the "black list" will not be registered.
Black IP-list - the "black list" of surfers IP-addresses. Hits from IP-address addresses contained in the "black list" will not be counted as IN-hit.
HoldRank - "freezing" of a site on the certain position in rating list.
Backup - backup copying of toplist databases.
Restore - restoration of toplist databases from a backup copy.
Reset - nulling of the current rating statistics. The statistics since time of last reset (Last Reset) or statistics during rotation period (Last X Day) will be nulled after pressing this button.
Viewing of members accounts by the set of parameters.
For example:
Display (Overall)* Members (Direct)** Sorted By (Raw)*** Max (100)*** - shows maximum 100 accounts of Overall category sorted by decrease of Raw hits, corresponding to these parameters.
* Choose account category to show.
Overall value means to show accounts from all categories.
**The direction of members accounts sorting (Direct or Reverse).
Direct - shows accounts by decrease of the chosen parameter.
Reverse - shows accounts by decrease of the chosen parameter.
***The sorting parameter for accounts displaying. More than 20 parameters of accounts sorting are available:
Raw - by raw hits;
Uniq - by unique hits;
In - by counted hits;
Out - by exit hits;
Click - by cliques (exit hits of visitors, coming from this account);
Prod - by efficiency (ratio of out hits to in hits);
Total Raw - by summary hits (hits for all time since account registration);
Total Uniq - by summary unique hits;
Total In - by summary counted hits;
Total Out - by summary outputs;
Total Click - by summary cliques;
Total Prod - by summary efficiency;
Date Joined - by date of registration;
ID - by value of an account identifier;
Inactivity - by activity of the member (last hit date);
In/Day - by activity of the member (last hit date);
In/Week - by average value of hits in per week;
In/Month - by average value of hits in per month;
Out/Day - by average value of hits out per day;
Out/Week - by average value of hits out per week;
Out/Month - by average value of hits out per month;
Suspended - shows blocked accounts;
Locked - shows the forbidden for editing accounts;
****The maximum quantity of shown accounts per page.
All - shows all accounts.
10/25/50/100 - quantity of shown accounts per page.
Options of members.
For example:
(Edit Member)* Member ID: 1 - means to edit an member's account with the identifier 1.
*Available options:
Add Member - to create a new member in the toplist. If an identifier will be entered, the system will create the member with the given identifier, provided such member is not present in system. If the identifier of the created member is not specified, it will be automatically generated.
Edit Member - to edit one or several members accounts. For editing several accounts specify list of their identifiers through a comma.
Member Statistics - the traffic statistics of the member.
Member Country Statistics - the member's hits statistics by countries.
Member Referrer Statistics - the member's hits statistics by referring links.
Member Cheat Statistics - the member's hits statistics by cheating attempts.
Mail Members - to write the message to one or several members.
Add to Blacklist - to add in the "black list" the information of the member's account.
Cheat Log - records of cheating attempts of the member.
Delete Members - to remove one or several members accounts. For removal of several accounts specify list of their identifiers through a comma.
Search of members.
Search Members For Keyword - search of members with the given information.
Design Set-up.
Edit the Design and Templates - set-up of rating design and editing of interfaces templates of members zone.
For example:
Edit the Design and Templates (Ranking Pages)* -> for (Overall)** - means to edit design of rating pages in Overall category (an over-all rating).
*Edited templates class:
Ranking Pages - pages of a rating list;
Gateway page - page of acknowledging (gateway);
Mail Templates - templates of letters;
Search Template - the template of the search form;
Members Area Templates - templates of members zone interfaces;
Members Icons - icons of members in rating list;
Members Details - a template of page with full information about member.
**The category of edited pages of a rating list.
Overall - an over-all rating in which sites of all categories are included.
Toplist logs and databases.
For example:
Logs and Bases (Display Cheat Log)* - to show records of the stopped cheating attempts of a toplist.
*Choose the log or toplist database and the operation on it.
Display Cheat Log - as in the example;
Display Error Log - to show a log of errors appeared in toplist work;
Display Auto Blocker Log - to show a log of blocking events of members by anticheat-mechanisms of automatic block system;
Display Mail Error Log - to show a log of errors which have appeared while sending mail to members;
Display Members E-mails - to show list of members mail addresses;
Import GeoIP base - import and updating of GeoIP-database used at creating traffic statistics by countries;
Clear Member Stats - to clear extended statistics of members. The extended statistics is traffic statistics, statistics by countries, referring pages except for current and total statistics;
Clear IP Logs - to clear the log of recently saved surfers IP;
Clear Cheat Log - to clear the log of cheating attempts. It will be cleared cheat statistics also;
Clear Error Log - to clear the log of scripts errors;
Clear Auto Blocker Log - to clear the log of automatic block system;
Clear Mail Error Log - to clear the log of post errors.
Information
The information about toplist work. On the right the current time of a toplist is displayed.
There are errors while execution - if you see this message, it means some modules works not properly. Push the "View error log" button for details. If errors are absent, this line is not shown.
New Messages in MailBox - display new messages in the admin mail box. For viewing messages press button "View".
Accounts Awaiting Approval - accounts expecting approval by the administrator. For viewing accounts press button "Review".
Last Rerank (Manual) Occurred - the time past from last rating update. In round brackets it has been specified by whom last updating was produced (Manual - the administrator, Auto - system). If the time is delayed it shown red.
Last Reset (Auto) Occurred - a time past from last reset of a rating. In round brackets has been specified by whom last reset of a rating is produced. If the time is delayed it shown red.
Last Database Backup (Auto) Occurred - a time past from last backup of toplist databases. In round brackets it has been specified by whom the given act is produced.
Site Monitor Information - the information of module DF™ Site Monitor. If the module is not installed or switched off, the given information is not shown.
Sites: (Monitored/UpTime/Banned) - for viewing the monitoring log of sites press the button "View Log".
Suspended Members: (DownTime/Banned) - the blocked accounts of members. The reason of blocking is specified in brackets. DownTime - inaccessible sites. Banned - sites containing the banned content. For viewing the blocked accounts press button "View".
Check frequency: - frequency of check of sites in minutes. The given frequency of check of sites is specified in brackets, outside of brackets real frequency of check. If real frequency is more than in one and a half time loses from given is recommended to change settings of the module - increase the streams or a maximum number of checked sites for one execution of script.
